Dear Students,

We appreciate your commitment to learning at our online Islamic school. To ensure smooth operations and effective communication, we have formulated the following policy guidelines:

1. Accessing Lessons:
– Lessons must be accessed through the dashboard account provided by our support team.
– Entry should occur at the specified time as agreed upon in advance.

2. Punctuality:
– Should a student be delayed in joining the lesson by 5 minutes, our support team will send an alert message via dashboard to your email.
– Failure to join the lesson will be recorded and may affect the student’s attendance record.

3. Absence Notification:
– If a student needs to excuse themselves from attending a lesson, they must notify our support team through the dashboard from cancel icon at least 1 hour in advance to avoid being charged for the class.

4. Teacher Punctuality and Absence:
– If a teacher is delayed by 5 minutes in joining the lesson, students should inform the support team immediately from chat with admins tab from his dashboard.
– In the event of a teacher’s unanticipated absence from the lesson, they are responsible for compensating the class within the same week.

5. Payment Procedure:
– Lesson fees are due at the beginning of every four weeks, calculated based on the total number of hours taken by the student during this period.
– Payments should be made to the provided PayPal account: rasoulinstitute@gmail.com

6. Communication with Administration:
– All suggestions, complaints, or inquiries should be directed to the Manager via chat with admins tab from his dashboard.

Additional Guidelines:
7. All student interactions including joining classes, canceling, following balance, and scheduling must be conducted exclusively through our system for streamlined record-keeping and administrative efficiency.
8. Students are encouraged to maintain regular communication with our administrative team for any queries or concerns regarding their learning journey.
9. It is imperative to adhere to the guidelines outlined in our policy to ensure a conducive learning environment for all students.
